Excellent Service!! It was a great experience! Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided several options and we ultimately went with a more powerful 3/4 HP opener instead of replacing the old 1/2 HP opener which was obviously stressed due to the angle of the existing setup and weight of the door. Cost a little more but it's obvious that it was the right choice. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone in the area. The speed of obtaining service was excellent. The technician was very nice. Called before the appt to let me know he was on the way. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment, and installation of my new keypad and opener. He kindly programmed them both for me. I am a repeat customer. I used Precision in 2008 & they were great then too so I called them again. I find them a tad pricey or they would have 5 stars from me. this is the only downside. with that said, it was excellent service & that does come with a cost sometimes. Better one pricey visit and get the job done right vs. trying an unknown that would charge less & who knows what type of service you would get With Precision - you know - Top notch!!

Bob could not have been more professional and courteous. Following his inspection of the various issues with the garage door he took the time to fully explain all problems and the required corrective action. He also explained the improvements to the parts over the last several years. Excellent service that I will recommend to friends.

I placed a call to Precision on a Sunday evening when my garage door wouldnt open. They answered the phone at 10PM!!! ON A SUNDAY!!! I had the tech Tim out at 8:30 Monday morning. What service and what a great guy. I couldn't be happier with Precision.

A little confusion regarding the time frame. Gal who made the appointment said 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm The confirming e-mail said 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Marc called at about 11:45 and apologized because he was running late and would be here in 45 minutes. Fine with me, because of the e-mail I wasn't worried.

Bob did a great job installing garage openers at our house. He took the time to explain everything to me. Very professional. The price is a little high but the new garage openers are much quieter than the old ones. We've been using Precision for many years. We are alway happy with their work and service.

Bob did the excellent job to install the garage door opener, control console and wireless keypad entry system and explained to me how each unit works and how I can do the basic maintenance myself. Overall the work was professionally and neatly done. Only complaint I have is the price quote for part + labor is a little bit more than I expected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the whole experience.
