Peter was able to trouble shoot a problem with my garage door pad. He was thorough, and systematically eliminated possible causes for the problem until he reached the solution. Tim R was my service technician today.The garage door pad needed to be replaced. Tim was able to diagnose the problem immediately and explained what needed to be done. He was friendly and patient with any question I had. It was a pleasure having Precision Door Service techs do the job quickly. They are also a very reliable company. They replaced the garage door springs and rails a few years ago too. :-)

Kevin was great. He spotted the problem with our broken garage door right away and repaired it in a very short time. He had everything he needed on the truck and was very efficient. Kevin called me twice before he came to let me know his time frame and was very nice to work with. I would call Precision again and request Kevin.

Our garage door was damaged on Saturday night, so we went to the internet for help. Passing over the numerous shady "garage door repair" websites, we arrived at Precision's, which appeared to be the only legitimate one out there. We called at 10PM Saturday, spoke to a live operator, scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, got the name of the technician, Brian B., who was scheduled to come, read his bio and his reviews on the website, and hoped for the best. Brian arrived on time on Monday, despite an ice storm, opted to repair, rather than replace, the bottom panel on our garage door, and charged an eminently reasonable price. A week in, and the door continues to look flawless, and function perfectly. This reviewer is a 100% satisfied customer.

Amazing service... My call for an appt was handled immediately with a service tech scheduled for the same day. Gaetano showed up by noon, educated us on the different ways we could handle fixing our garage door opener. Pointed out another issue we had and fixed that as well. He did not try to sell us on anything we did not need nor push for us to fix something that was not broken. He was courteous, professional and efficient. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend them to others.

Garage door spring was broken; our technician was incredibly knowledgeable about every part of our mechanism although it was quite old. We had the entire thing replaced in under two hours. We had wanted to install an automatic garage door opener and he was able to explain to us that this was impossible because of a steam pipe running across the width of the garage; however, he also said he would do some research to see if there was another way to install it or another type available [though he didn't give us much hope ] All in all, we were very satisfied with our choice of Precision and our garage door works so easily now!

Ben came by this morning not only on time but early. He called politely to ask if he could come earlier and I said \"of course\". Ben worked diligently and explained my options in full to me and price points so that I could make the best decision for myself and for my family and most importantly for my budget. Ben (last name removed by moderator) is possibly the most professional person I have had the pleasure of doing business with in quite some time. He installed a new Garage Door opener as well as installed new wheels on to our existing door. He did it quickly, cleanly and helped me program all the cars so that I can now join 2009 and press a button in my car to open and close my garage doors. Ben really shows the best attitude and friendly face of Precision Garage Door and you should be proud to have an employee like him.
