Our technician was Rob Z. He was on time, he called ahead to let us know he was coming. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not have all the parts to finish the job and advised that he would have to return. We needed new rubber seals on the bottom of both doors. He evaluated our garage doors and your office provided us with a copy of the report. At my request, your office emailed me a detailed invoice. Everyone was very nice to deal with.

Technician Lou, was fast, smart, precise and overall great. The install of my new unit was quick but he paid very close attention to all details. My old garage unit was slow, old and my door creaked and shook constantly. Lou got the new unit installed and spruced up my door with new parts and my garage unit and door literally don't make a sound! I would highly recommend, don't call anyone else call Precision right away!

I've used Precision for the 2nd time and have been beyond pleased with both services. The technician was Rob, and he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. There were no surprises, Rob took the time to show me what was causing the problem and to answer my questions. The repair and installation were done immediately and the door now operates perfectly - very smooth and quiet. WELL DONE ROB!!!! My Garage Spring broke around 11 am. I called and had an appointment for the afternoon. My technician, Chris Karnacewicz called and gave me an approximate time, called back and said he was on the way. Arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done, fixed everything and was finished at 4 pm. That is quite remarkable!! Very nice, friendly and knew just what needed to be done. Perfect transaction in every way!

I would highly recommend Precision. The gentleman arrived on time and was well educated in his field. I opted to replace the entire garage door opener, parts, key pad etc. It was done in a timely manner. It was getting late in the day and he told me it would take 2 hours to complete. I told him he could do it another day since it was getting late. No, he was there to complete the job. He went over all the workings of the system since I am more of a visual learner and hate to read owners manuals. I would highly recommend them.

Called Precision after reading other reviews. Called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day .The teninician Greg called 15mins before he was scheduled and alerted me to his visit. I live in Florida and told him to repair the door as best he could as it had failed an inspection report as my house is sold in NJ. He was absolutely great,giving me options for fixing the door and getting it operational to pass the inspection or repairing it so it was fully functional He called me several times with his observations during repair . Being out of state it was such an easy process and I told him how lovely it was to deal with such a professional team who went over and above to help me with this issue . Great job Precision

Excellent service! Came out same day that I called to request service for 2 year old door (minor issue). Brandon was an expert and very professional. Service visit was free as promised in original sales agreement. Precision stands behind their installations 100%. Wish all products I purchased had this kind of after sales support! We had a window from 8-12....our technician, Lou, called to let us know that he had a bigger job than anticipated and may come outside the window-we appreciated that. At 1pm, Lou called back to let us know he was on his way and couldn't have been more apologetic for being late. When he arrived he was extremely professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and came up with a plan of action. He addressed every issue and concern we had and stayed until everything was working perfectly. We would recommend Lou to anyone.
