Called in the morning to schedule a call-out and someone came out the same day. I was expecting to have to wait at least 2 or 3 days. Scott M was very helpful and explained clearly what the problem was and fixed it promptly. Excellent service.

We had lost our garage remote opener and the keypad was broken, so I called to get it repaired. Tim inspected the doors and the motors, and he recommended that the springs and wheels be replaced as well. I felt that he only made recommendations on what needed to get done and did not try to oversell me. He replaced everything (remote, keypad, springs, etc.) in little time. He was extrememly courteous and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Precision.
