Garage Torino spring snapped. Called next morning. I Was able to have an appointment that same day at noon. At 1030 received a phone call TK, who was very courteous , and asked if it’s ok to come earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived at the promised time. Explained the the fee. My options. Finished the job quickly and was on his way. Also very good about wearing a mask. Tk was a true professional.

We have previously used Precision Doors for repairs and I was very impressed with the service, reasonable price, and the reliability of the techs. The designer who came to our house for our current purchase, Tammy DeHaan, was very attentive and helpful with helping us make our decision for the purchase of our current doors. She was very knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we purchased exactly what we were looking for, and the price for the new doors was below what I had expected. Can’t say enough about the great service!

Easy to set appointment. We were able to get door fixed next day. Service person John was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the devices needed and earned our trust. Payment was easy and quick. First rate customer service start to finish. Highly recommend. Special mention - the text with picture and bio of John was a nice touch. Wish more firms operated this well.

I think I called just past 9 am and had a text and confirmed appointment for 10 am!!! Brian immediately diagnosed and shared with me all the options as my garages hadn't been serviced since 2003. Brian explained everything clearly and concisely. We decided due to my budget constraints to completely replace all parts, springs, pullies on both doors and install a completely new silent Wi-Fi enabled belt-driven garage door opener on one door. The work was impeccable. I will request Brian next month to complete the other garage door opener for sure. 10 year warranty on parts and labor for the work and functional garage doors has me at peace!

Your customer service rep was friendly and knowledgable when I called to make an appointment. I was so pleased that I was able to get an appt on the weekend and not charged extra to do so. John Delpiu was my tech today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He did an outstanding job on the install and I would certainly recommend your company to everyone. I love the fact that you send a picture and background of the tech prior to them showing up at your home.

We called for service for the circuit board replacement. Matt D. was courteous, called & advised when coming. He replaced the circuit board & unfortunately made slight mistake after installed which effected the motor. He explained what happened & he did right by us and replaced the motor at no additional cost to us. Matt wanted to make sure we we were satisfied and happy with the solution. We were pleased and would use Precision again as well as recommend their services.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting our service tech, Luke S., who was courteous from the moment he called to let us know he was en route until he left. (I'll also note that our garage floor was probably cleaner after he left than when he arrived!) He clearly explained, and demonstrated what had happened to our cables and also provided additional detail regarding our spring (that had snapped) and the rollers on the door. Luke even got our door to close flat against the ground - something that hadn't been the case since we moved in. We purchased a package and are very happy to know we will now have a 10-year warranty. We hope we don't have to call again too soon but have confidence in knowing that our problem would be addressed in a timely, professional and friendly manner again. Thanks for a great job, Luke!

You guys were fantastic! Before calling Precision I reached out to another company and had what could only be described as a horrendous experience. The technician repeatedly lied to me and never showed up. To compound the problem, the Company never reached out to me to discuss. From the minute I contacted Precision, the experience was first class. The email and text confirmations were fantastic, I was always kept informed and the service was excellent. Chris in particular did a fantastic job, I felt like I was treated fairly and I will definitely use Precision again should the need arise.
