John had a very positive attitude with a smile even with his mask. He explained and checked all three doors for me. He is quick and efficient the perfect person to have on a hot day. I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

Precision was great from start to finish. Our call was answered immediately and we got a service appointment the next day. Our technician, Kevin, came early (after calling first) and promptly diagnosed the problems. He gave us estimates for different options and started the work right away, finishing the set up of two doors within two hours. He took the time to walk us through the new system and make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Precision.

Paid Precision door over 600 to repair my garage door on Wednesday By Sunday the door would not close. It appears that the cables on both sides of the door had no tension, became loose and came out of the rollers.

The Precision Door Repair website left me feeling reassured I was dealing with experienced professionals. The same-day service and 4-hour repair guarantee clinched the deal. I appreciated the updates on the arrival time and liked the mini-biography provided to ensure the person at the door was legitimate, and to provide a little insight on the individual. Kevin Stasiak phoned ahead to indicate he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. He documented the repairs necessary (replacement of cables and spools), provided an estimate, made the repairs and gave advisements on parts that may require service in the future. All in an hour. Service technician was very courteous and thorough. He explained what service was needed to repair the springs, then explained other worn features that needed to be addressed soon, if not now. Instructed technician to proceed repairing all worn features on both doors of garage. Work was done quickly and site was thoroughly cleaned. Very satisfied with job performed
