This is a 5 star company from start to finish. My experience on the phone with customer service let me hang up with a smile on my face and a sigh of relief that they would come on a Saturday. I knew that the technician would call me a half hour before he came. When he came, Rob was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I just knew that he was trustworthy, as well. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable choosing the service package. Very professional through and through! This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with any aspect of their garage door.

Tim R. solved every problem quickly and the door runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the physics of the system, so he analyzed all the minor adjustments required to ensure the door was working as designed and with minimal effort and stress on the opener. Tim will be requested for every service call in the future !

I am extremely happy with the service and professional manner of the Precision team. The consultation and installation/service were prompt and executed thoroughly and without incident. I have had my new garage door and opener for about 3 weeks now so I can't give a long term review of product but thus far everything looks and works great. Pricing was fair and better than other quotes I received from other companies. Our installer did an excellent job, and was hardworking and very helpful. I was very satisfied with Tim Rainey's service. He is a true pro. 5 stars. Tim promptly serviced 2 of my garage doors replacing springs, pulleys and cables. He also lubed the garage door opener tracks which really helped with the noise. Great job Precision!
