My garage door was sticking in middle of track. I had replaced springs and cables an pulleys over the 12 years I have lived here. Jackson Scutt the service tech recommended I replace all of the springs,cables pulleys and rollers. The price was not too high so I went with him replacing all of the hardware. I was suprised it took him only an hour. It seems to work well.

We had a slight problem with our garage door not closing properly. Since Precision is the company we used to work on our garage door previously, I called to have it serviced. They came as scheduled and called prior to arriving. Chris, the technician, made the necessary adjustments in no time. He was most pleasant and very professional. From contact to completion the experience with Precision door was well above what other trades do. I was scheduled when i needed with a level of politeness most companies should try. I received a follow-up confirmation with whom my tech would be so I had a level of comfort. Vince called prior to arriving and showed up on time and was the perfect professional. He diagnosed my door, offered several solutions and completed the work in a timely and excellent fashion. Pricing was fair and the work perfect. My door never worked so well. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
