John was wonderful. Found problem. Made proper recommendations without overselling (what I was worried about) and fixed issue in timley fashion. I went with cast iron pulleys instead of zinc plated (home depot) type per his recommendation...I felt this was a great idea as they'll last longer. John educated me on a couple of things too. Great employee. Congrats on your engagement!

I was pleased with the product and your (2) installers - Sam and Ryan did a beautiful job replacing my old door and opener. They were quick, very polite and did a great and neat job. First off, Five stars are not enough .Precision Garage Door company is the best Service tech Matthew Dewald is a true professional at his job, Nolagable helpful, just a great guy .worked through my problem with the other opener and said I should send it back work with Precision and worry free service, which I did and very happy. I had an excellent experience even though it turned out I cannot be helped today. Kevin came to my house and was on time and gave advance notice. He was polite and professional. He advised me that they could not help me with my problem due to the type of motors I currently have and the space limitations in my garage. When it comes time to replace my system I will definitely be calling Precision first. He also did not charge me for the visit because he could not help and was only here 20 minutes or so. Nice surprise!

John Delpiu was at our house 2 days ago to fix an opener that made grinding noises. The day after he fixed it, the noise returned. I was happy to get him to come back 2 days later. He had to install a new opener which is working very quietly now. I was happy with this quick and courteous service.
