I called for repair service this afternoon because the torsion spring on my garage door failed. My call was answered promptly by a woman who said she could have a technician at my house between 2-5pm. Within 20 minutes, Brandon called to say he was on his way. Brandon appeared about 2:15 and was able to fix my door opener in about an hour. I was delighted by the timeliness of the service and Brandon's knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Precision's terrific service.

You installed an opener for us January, 2013 and the remote just gave out. I tried to open your case to replace the battery but the 2 screws were in too tight and I was afraid I would strip the screw heads. So I called your office and the young lady who answered initially quoted a combined price of over $100 to bring me a new remote. When I expressed displeasure she immediately asked if I wanted to speak with someone else. She put me on hold and came back on the line saying they would cover it under warranty and your technician would bring me a new remote that afternoon.

The contacts you made with me the day before and the day of the job were much appreciatedâ?¦..certainly showing consideration for my time and schedule. You were able to diagnose the problem with my old door opener quickly, when the previous door opener company I had in, could not. I very much appreciated that you were able to recommend and quote me a new replacement door opener and was even more pleased the you were able to do the job right then. You were professional in how you presented yourself and how you represented Precision. You are obviously an excellent technician, as the installation was completed efficiently and without any complicationsâ?¦..We are quite pleased with our new door opener. In these days when you find a prompt, courteous and competent craftsmen, you put their card in the â??call againâ?? folderâ?¦.I would certainly call on Precision in the future for any door opener work I may need and would certainly request you specifically to come back out to my house.

Excellent service. Found broken garage door, yesterday afternoon, completely repaired and like new within 24 hours. Serviceman Kevin, called me twice during the day to indicate his approximate time of arrival. He went straight to work, explained the problems and presented a variety of solutions. We decided on a rebuild package for both garage doors as neither door had ever been serviced for over 35 years. He did the job and reviewed it with us, explaining the maintenance required and the Precision warranty. I truly appreciate quality service at a reasonable price. Thank you Precision.

My garage door would not close. It kept riding up. I called Precision Door, a technician came out at the promised time. He spent time to explain to me what the problem was and fixed it right away. Kevin was great! He phoned me twice giving me a heads up as to when he would arrive. He was professional, courteous and knew his job and explained exactly the pros and cons of what was available and in his opinion what was the best thing to do. He wasn't pushy and was able to get me an additional discount because I really didn't have the means to get it all done at once. Whitney was great too! Both were very friendly and knowledgeable about the install of the garage door opener. He completed the job in a timely manner and i'm glad I made the decision to get a complete overhaul of my garage door opener! Great employees! I would recommend Precision Garage Door~
