The technician came to my house early, which normally would be great but when they called to ask me about this I said I would be on a work call and it wouldn’t work for me. The technician was rude- and quoted me an outrageous number and was justifying it. Since it was right before Christmas I needed it fixed I agreed. Then after the work was completed the invoice made zero sense- I have called the main office multiple times. Twice I was told someone would call me back to discuss the matter and NO one has called. I would never recommend this company and recommend you stay away from them.

Backup battery needed to be replaced. Sean arrived exactly on time, did the job quickly, replaced a lightbulb and 2 slightly worn cables (under warranty). I was pleased with the service and the cost.

Tino arrived on time. Asked me why a requested a service call. Did a thorough safety check on the garage door and garage door opener. He explained what was wrong and what needed replacement. He prepared an estimate and then started to do the repairs. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and courteous. I would ask for him the next time I have a repair issue.

Experts at their work. John, the technician, had my door fixed perfectly, and pretty quickly too. Our cable had snapped, and the door fell off the track also. The door is very old. New cables, pulleys, and springs. Answered all questions. A friendly guy too. Can't ask for more.

Impressed with the Precision web site that eases communications to and from the company . The service engineer Tino who arrived as schedule quickly analyzed the issues with the old garage door opener. Precision is an outstanding customer service organization. When I called, they knew who I was. When I set an appointment, they sent an immediate confirmation. When they were on the way, the both called and emailed. And when they got here, Tino did outstanding work. He was responsive, walked me through his recommendation, did great work, and then coached me through the repairs he made and how to use my new opener. A first class organization from start to finish.
