Kenny and Mayo are very personalble ,excellent workers and work ethic, it's sometimes hard to find excellent help, my advice to you is to hold onto these 2 technicians you have. They are excellent in every way.

He called ahead to let me know when he'd arrive, provided options for fixing my broken spring/roller system and even checked on the prior work on our other garage door that his company had installed in 2010. We were having some trouble with our remotes.. Kevin called and wanted to assist us over the phone but I asked that he come anyway.. I am so glad he did. Although it was only a loose connection we decided to replace the opener with a battery backup one... Kevin was wonderful and so helpful..

We had a window from 8-12....our technician, Lou, called to let us know that he had a bigger job than anticipated and may come outside the window-we appreciated that. At 1pm, Lou called back to let us know he was on his way and couldn't have been more apologetic for being late. When he arrived he was extremely professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and came up with a plan of action. He addressed every issue and concern we had and stayed until everything was working perfectly. We would recommend Lou to anyone. Thank you again Lou for all your help!!

Our technician was Rob Z. He was on time, he called ahead to let us know he was coming. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not have all the parts to finish the job and advised that he would have to return. We needed new rubber seals on the bottom of both doors. He evaluated our garage doors and your office provided us with a copy of the report. At my request, your office emailed me a detailed invoice. Everyone was very nice to deal with.

Technician Lou, was fast, smart, precise and overall great. The install of my new unit was quick but he paid very close attention to all details. My old garage unit was slow, old and my door creaked and shook constantly. Lou got the new unit installed and spruced up my door with new parts and my garage unit and door literally don't make a sound! I would highly recommend, don't call anyone else call Precision right away!

salesperson who guided us with our purchase of new garage doors and belt drive garage door openers was very personable and also very knowlegeble of the product line. your technicians who installed the doors and openers were also top notch. they were kenny and mayo. very hard workers who did an excellent job with the entire installation. we would definitely recommend precision to anyone in need of these products. excellent job, keep up the good work!!!!
