Our garage door spring & cable broke yesterday, Sunday. We were very happy with the fact that when we called, we spoke to a real person and were able to make an appointment for the following day. Bob Z called to let me know he would be in the area earlier if it was convenient for me and I was very pleased. The mechanism and what caused the break was explained in detail in easily understandable terms. Bob Z was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and the door is now working safely, quietly, "better than new". From start to finish, excellent service!

Was pleased to have the new garage door opener installed the same day as my original call request to you. The Technician Bob Z. was friendly and proficient in explaining my options to consider. He answered all my questions. He and his trainee technician James completed the installation just under two hours, which I felt was very efficient and timely.

The service tec was helpful but did not make any repairs during this service call. He did tell me my options and said that if I did go foward with the work I would not be charged another service call charge if and when I had the work done. He told me that I should have my complete garage door changed on one garage and a key pad chnaged on another door. Thank you- Bob

We were having trouble getting garage door to close with any consistency. Bob took sensors off of rails and remounted them on the wall. Bob is very knowledgeable and personable and I will not hesitate to call Precision again.
