Brian is a graduate of Kittatinny High School and a proud father of a baby girl. Along with being an avid outdoors men, he also loves woodworking, metal fabrication and spending time with his family. He is a hard worker and loves working with his hands, but also spends as much time in the woods and on the lake as he can and hopes to pass that passion on to his little girls.

Our technician Brian B. was outstanding. He knew early in the morning that he was running late and called us so we didn't have to wait around all morning. When he arrived he explained the issues with our doors. We will be buying out new doors from precision.

Our garage door was damaged on Saturday night, so we went to the internet for help. Passing over the numerous shady "garage door repair" websites, we arrived at Precision's, which appeared to be the only legitimate one out there. We called at 10PM Saturday, spoke to a live operator, scheduled an appointment for Monday morning, got the name of the technician, Brian B., who was scheduled to come, read his bio and his reviews on the website, and hoped for the best. Brian arrived on time on Monday, despite an ice storm, opted to repair, rather than replace, the bottom panel on our garage door, and charged an eminently reasonable price. A week in, and the door continues to look flawless, and function perfectly. This reviewer is a 100% satisfied customer.

Justin and Ron arrived promptly. They were courteous and competent. They did the trouble-shooting methodically, isolating and indentifying the problem in short order. They explained my options, including trying to trick me into an expensive ($xxx) overhaul of the entire system (which I am sure they are required to do by management!) When I opted to just fix the problem at hand, they did it quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate their work.(Shared Review)

Peter, I would like to thank you for your feedback and I am happy you liked the techs and the job they performed for you. I wanted to comment on your remark about rebuilding your door. You are correct when stating that management supports this position. We believe the best way to fix a door long term so you never have to deal with it again is to rebuild it. Whatâ??s more is that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is by guaranteeing it for as long as you own the home. If you are moving out of the house this might not be a fit for you.
