My name is Glenn Gualtieri. I have been married for 34 years with 2 children, of whom I am very proud. I attended Montclair State University, studying business and psychology. Reading and watching sports, especially football, are some of my favorite ways to spend my time. However, the best times are spent with my children, who both live in California. After two service visits - first visit: no problem uncovered, but two cables were replaced. Second visit after same problem returned - it was determined that the "eye" was blinking - should have been constant. Eye was straightened and cleaned off - and hopefully the problem of the door not closing all the way was resolved. I hope!

I selected Precision because of the quality of the product. When compared to other competitors the Elite was far superior in its manufacture and insulation rating. It was a pleasure dealing with the area manager (who took the time to fully describe the product without pressuring me to make a final purchase decision at the time), the installer and scheduling staff. My only disappointment was that the new door came with the incorrect window panel. I think that should have been checked and identified before arriving at my home. However the staff took immediate action to resolve the error and have the correct panel installed in a timely manner.(Shared Review)

Glen Gualtieri asked us to provide some feedback in regard to our new Precision garage doors. We think that the whole process from buying our garage door to installation and was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable sales and installation professionals and we were completely comfortable with the entire process. Everyone took time to explain the quality of the door, door opener and how the installation was made. We are usually very skeptical but we were comfortable immediately with Precision. Glen, the technician, was great. He clearly described my options without trying to steer me to any particular one. He just gave me the facts about each and let me decide. After he did the work, installing a new motor, he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy. He even made sure I was happy with the height of the open door and adjusted it for me. I didn't even know that was possible. Precision has been here a few times and I am always happy with them.
