Brandon is a lifelong Bergen County resident, now residing in Oakland with his wife and two cats; Rocko and Ted. He is a big sports fan and his favorite teams are the Giants, Yankees, Devils and Nets. In his spare time he enjoys reading and watching movies and plays bass guitar in a band. Your tech guy was great! I was prepared to buy a new motor. He checked the whole system and told me that we only need to replace the springs which he did very well and fast. It was very unusual to have have a repair person not trying to up sell the job which is the usual practice for most home repair companies. When I think of a garage door opener I only think of Precision. In my mind any other product would be subpar and I feel I would be throwing good money after bad. Over the years I have always had Precision service my garage doors. In the past, I was always very happy with the service and technicians. From the phone call by the technician letting me know he was on his way, to his professional demeanor and explanation of all my options to repair my garage, Brandon was awesome!
