James has been a resident of Passaic County for over 18 years. Although I have traveled quite a bit, I now live in Morris County. I played 3 years of Collegiate baseball. One of my passions is writing and producing music. I'm proud to say that I recorded a full length album. I enjoy staying active and am a big New York Giants and New York Yankees fan.

I called Precision at 9am. The technician, James, called at 1pm to say he would be at my home by 3pm. By 5pm the work was all done, very neat, totally explained everything and showed me the pieces that had worn out. I was completely happy with the work that was done and thrilled that it was done the same day I called. Will definitely use them again.

Called Precision because my exiting opener was making strange noises. They scheduled an appointment for me the same day I called (on a Saturday). Within a few minutes James called me with a rough ETA, and then called me when he was 30 minutes away. He examined my opener and gave me a no-nonsense, honest appraisal of the condition of my opener. I decided to replace the opener, and James was finished within an hour. He then spent plenty of time reviewing operation / maintenance procedures. I am very satisfied with the total experience (5 stars), and would highly recommend Precision for repair or replacement work.

Except for the garage doors, I replaced all the operating parts/mechanisms on two doors (Motors, belts, wheels, cables, etc). The technician (James) was very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the work that James performed.
