My name is Scott McDonald. I reside in northern New Jersey. I spent 2 years at Sussex County Community College and I am in the process of getting my bachelors degree from Oswego State University. Something I'm extremely proud of is, while attending Oswego, I was the captain of the baseball team for 3 years. What most people don't know about me is I have 5 brothers, 3 of which are trplets.

Thank you Precision and thank you Scott M. Scott followed up with me this morning to let me know his arrival time and he was exactly on time (a rarity and the expected ETA was helpful). He quickly and officially repaired the door, walking me through what he did and future options for any issues or a new door if the need arises. Scott was a breath of fresh of air when great customer service and efficiency are rarely seen. When Scott left, my door was fixed, I felt smarter and I knew I would only do business with Precision and recommend the company to everyone. My garage door was very loud, opening and closing very roughly, not always closing and generally working very poorly. Scott was my tech, he was very knowledgeable, personable and gave me a great rundown of what the issues were. He made his suggestions to overhaul all the moving parts because they were old, worn out and were the cause of all the issues. He assured me it would work great after this service, so we went ahead with it. He was 100% correct. He got everything changed out and it works like new! He was very professional and I was very pleased with his work. Aside from being a Devils fan I found Scott to be an outstanding employee of Precision and quite an asset to your company. I would definitely recommend your company.

The secretary who answered my phone call was polite and efficient. She immediately sent out an email and the email included the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. On the scheduled day we had a snow storm and I was not able to be home. The technician called my cell to say he was on his way and I told him I was not home. He rescheduled the appointment for me and called my cell to confirm day and time. Scott, the technician who did fix the garage door was on time (called ahead to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes). He was knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the job in detail and showed me the cable that was frayed, the steel that was rusty, etc. He completed the job in one hour which is what he said it would take before he even started the job. He helped move some of the garage "stuff" that would be in his way while working and helped put it back. He cleaned up whatever mess he made. He said I would be receiving an email within 10 minutes after he left and I did. I highly recommend this company for their polite way of dealing with customers, their efficient emails and on time appointments. And, oh yes, the garage door works!
