My name is Scott McDonald. I reside in northern New Jersey. I spent 2 years at Sussex County Community College and I am in the process of getting my bachelors degree from Oswego State University. Something I'm extremely proud of is, while attending Oswego, I was the captain of the baseball team for 3 years. What most people don't know about me is I have 5 brothers, 3 of which are trplets.

I have to say I was skeptical when I called since I had received the coupon in Val Pak. I called the number and was able to have someone come out on a Saturday in just 7 days. Scott was who we had for a service person and he was wonderful. He went through everything and did not try and sell us something we did not need. He repaired everything and the door is like new. Plus the bonus was that he cleaned up everything and you would never have known he was here. I would call them again in a second. Pricing was exactly what he said it would be and I did not feel robbed. Best service I have seen in a long time. Love them!!!!

I was trapped in my house with a garage door that wouldn't go up. I was so grateful for same day service. Our technician, Scott, was very thorough in his evaluation and explained all that needed repaired. Although I only saw the broken spring, he showed me frayed wires and worn rollers. He was kind, courteous and knowledgable and I was thrilled to drive out of my garage having replaced the springs, rollers, cables and some other things in about an hour.

Your ad in my local telephone book caught my eye. After speaking with your office/call center, they were able to schedule a tech to come today. All-in-all on a 1--5 rating, I would consider your company on the higher end for customer service. Once your tech arrived, he was thorough and complete in explaining what needed to be done, after checking over the garage door. He was neat and cleaned up after himself, even though I offered that he leave any trash. I was happy with this tech and would consider calling your company when I need a new garage door or another repair.

Hi. Had 2 new remotes put in,new rollers on 1 garage and 3 new rubbers on each garage bottom. Excellent service performed by Scott. Very personable and accommodating. Rubbers were coming off so I called and he came back today to refix them. 5 stars for everyone. Setting up appointments to meet my needs was excellent also. You guys are great. A little high in price but good service.

I am very pleased with the service, professionalism and quality of the work performed by the technician. The garage door openers were old and the change to the new openers greatly improved the operation and noise level.
