I found Precision through a Google search, glad I chose them. Professional from the phone call to schedule service to the tech who showed up and explained everything in detail. We had our garage doors installed by Precision in 2009. I called this morning to make an appointment to get our garage door spring fixed. They said they could come today between 12-4 and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which they did. The repair person who came was extremely polite, honest and professional!! He even let me know that some packages were delivered by the garage and he brought them in for me. He did an assessment of the problem and quickly came up with 3 estimates and I chose the option that was right for me and then he quickly did the work and our garage door is now working perfectly! I did not feel he was trying to get me to pay for extra work. He was very honest about the other door which he said was working very well and did not need anything. He also had an ipad type device where he could quickly price out the options and also take my credit card. Thank you!
