I requested a general service call and to have a keypad replaced. Rob Z was exactly on time and immediately assessed the amount of work that needed to be performed and presented me with and estimated cost. He efficiently performed the required work and provided a solution to the unexpected problem with installing the new keypad. He verified that everything was working properly before he departed. Precision will always be my first call for garage door problems.

Our technician George Miranda was truly exceptional. He was the very personification of a customer oriented employee: on-time, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and very friendly and pleasant. In an era of challenging customer service "at the front lines" of any company sending out technicians to personal residences, George was simply a true professional. I run a sales organization, and I want to hire him (kidding). With employees like George, it is easy to see why Precision is the best in the business. George and Precision get a 5 star rating from the Bozers.

While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.
