What incredible service from beginning to end, within 72 hours Precision had both our garage doors repaired, replaced springs, cables and pulleys plus adjusted rails. Chris A was absolutely exceptional, so professional, thorough and courteous - what a pleasure. I did not know such incredible service still existed, I just wish Precision did all home maintenance. Thank you very much Precision, your high quality service is truly appreciated and obviously highly recommended.

From the time we called for service until the time the truck left our driveway, everything was outstanding. Sean Sotelo was very professional in explaining issues and offering various choices on what action to take. He even changed the light bulbs which was very helpful to a 85 year old gentleman who no longer climbs a ladder. We look forward with working with Precision shall have a need in the future.

My overhead Garage door motor blew out and two places that I called were not able to provide service. I called Precision and was able to get a Sunday appointment....we receive a call on Sunday from Christian Gutierrez to let us know he was on is way. Christian was very knowledgeable, gave us a good price, was helpful since I was handicapped and showed us how to use all the features. I would recommend him again.
