Purchased The Angie's List Special ($111 New Quiet Rollers) The Girl from Precision called immediately to schedule my appointment. Kevin (The Technician called to let me know when he would be arriving) He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, it seems my old springs (Installed by Sears) were the wrong size (that's why my garage door would not stay open) he replaced my old rollers and installed 2-new springs (extra $214) and my garage door now works perfectly and is easy to open and close. I'm very Happy and I would definitely recommend Precision Doors. Thanks Angie's List and Kevin

The initial call was handled professionally. The technician, Erik, had a question about the work to be performed and called while he was still at the warehouse so that he could make sure that he had all the parts required for the job. He did and showed up about 30 minutes later. He explained the work to be done quoted a cost, which was fair and proceeded to do the repair. Everything was clean and neat when he left.

Service was A-1, the technician (Lou) was right on time and very pleasant to talk with and understand. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for repair and pointed out some safety issues that were taken care of. After repairs were completed the area was cleaned and made sure I was satisfied and had no further questions before leaving. Would definitely use this company again...

Spring broke on our 40+ year garage door. Replacement of door was recommended because of age of door. New door was installed about 5 days after problem arose [original technician came same day as Precision was called]. Technician who actually installed new door was knowledgeable, had the necessary equipment, careful and neat. Good job.

I called Precision last year and the technician performed a minor 20 second bracket adjustment. He could not have been more professional, courteous and kind. Because of that single experience I called Precision this week to come check out both of my garage door openers. Chris came to the house today. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did not apply any sales pressure. Well, we bought 2 new openers today, which Chris had readily available in his truck, and the install was fast, clean and professional. Chris was terrific and so was the technician that came to our home last year. Precision is great company with great technicians. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who has garage door needs.

I needed to have my garage door opener replaced. The Liftmaster is much quieter than the Craftsman-great. Hope it works well. Chris was very professional, and I especially like the simple way he explained everything. He has a very good attitude and was quick and efficient. Thank you. Kevin S. was wonderful. Leading up to the appointment he was extremely communicative and was even able to come early, which was great. During the appointment he thoroughly explained all of the options with me and was very clear and answered every question I had fully and without the slightest bit of irritation (and I asked a TON of questions). He was also extremely patient and did not come in with a typical pressuring sales approach. We ended up deciding to get all the hardware on both of our garage doors replaced and having a garage door opener installed. He was able to do all of it immediately following our decision to go ahead. I continued to ask him questions even while he worked and he was working and he answered everything fully and just as nicely as he had before. After he was ton he went over everything and was able to leave with me feeling extremely comfortable with the new system. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and Precision to anyone looking to make sure their hardware is safe and working properly and/or looking for garage openers. Very satisfied customer!!!

The technician pointed out issues in detail (confirming issues which I suspected) and provided me with my options. This way I had the more than enough information to make an informed decision. I asked for the old springs and cables replaced. It took only about 15 minutes to do that and now the door goes up, the door goes down efficiently.
