My experience with the service was outstanding, from the initial call to the completed job. The garage expert, Matthew D arrived on time after calling to ensure we were home. He professionally assessed our situation and gave us options on how to deal it. He was able to replace the broken unit and ensure our garage door worked perfectly. Throughout he was very customer oriented-- he answered our questions and made sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Matthew and the company for garage door work!

The person who answered my call was both courteous and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The email about Kevin was informative. Kevin's assessment was excellent. He explained the problem and offered us a choice of motors to replace the broken one. He worked efficiently and was able to program all items that needed programing. Kevin very personable and a fine representative of your company.

Kevin showed up within 2 hours of my phone call.He explained the reason for the repairs needed and gave me 3 options to get the door in working order. I chose the repair with a 3 year guarantee. Kevin replaced the 6 parts and completed the repairs in 1 hour.I was happy with everything except the cost.It was more than I expected but so is everything. All in all I am a vary satisfied customer.

Your service professional Bruce Gedas that came to my risqué Yesterday 1/02/2023 was a very professional individual. Brain Hallock did a great job, quick, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He fixed the springs/pulleys by doing a conversion kit which previously had a sprint mechanism that ran straight across. Under an hour and he was done!
