Past positive experience with Precision led me to call them once again when cable on my garage door snapped. Was very happy with getting a service call within 24 hours. Ryan arrived and did a great job evaluating the problem, explaining the same to me and explaining what he could do to repair the door. Easy to follow and no pressure. Repairs were quick and we are very pleased with the results. Kudos to Ryan for great customer service!!! If we need servicing on our garage doors in the future, we'll be sure to contact Precision. Excellent experience with Mike G and James N repairing our "phantom" opening and closing door. Called late evening yesterday and spoke to someone to book an appointment live for the next day. Got a window which they were on time for and communicative about when they will arrive. Went through the options to diagnose the problem (needed new wall unit controller and tightening of the springs to reduce load on the motor to prevent bigger issues down the road). Wrapped up the job within 2 hours and answered all questions. Highly recommend the company and these two technicians in particular. Very pleased and feel better knowing the door is safe.

Robert from Precision did a quick and superb job replacing the garage door motor, roller bearings, and cables, and also installed a remote keypad and camera. The difference in door operation is like night and day. I was very impressed with Precision. Their ease of scheduling, communication, and responsiveness was second to none. I strongly recommend them.

We had both of our door openers ( old and slow) replaced with hi - tech motors. Installer was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He walked us through the app that can open and close the doors and view the garage with the cameras. Tested the springs, rollers etc. Totally professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

We have been satisfied customers for many years. Ryan came out Sunday afternoon analyzed the multiple problems with the warn hardware on our door which included a broken spring. After showing me the result of his analysis he gave me his proposal to repair my garage door. Once I gave him my approval he went directly to work without a moments hesitation. He demonstrated his expertise without a moments hesitation. I found him to be a fine young man: very polite, knowledgeable, and progressional.
