We were very pleased with all aspects of our service with your company. We needed the job done quickly and you were able to send someone over the same day to take measurements and place the order. The job was scheduled quickly and the technicians, Malik and Rudy, arrived on time and finished quickly. There was a concern so another technician, Brian, was sent out to resolve it. We appreciated the communication about who was coming and when to expect them. The door looks great and is working well, and we know that if we have a concern we can contact you and get a prompt reply.

Called for service because my door wouldn't close all the way down allowing mice to enter ...turns out it wasn't my door but the concrete pad rising up in the center preventing the door to close properly ... Brian was diligent in explaining everything and offered suggestions to fix it ..he arrived as schedule and called ahead when he was coming ...excellent service by Precision and Brian..

The very best! Can't say that enough. If you have an issue the boss Vince responds immediately. If you have a question he responds with an equitable solution. Our door broke so I found that they have 24 hour service 7 days . I called and spoke to a human. She took all the info . The tech arrived an hour later. Amazing. John the tech was great very efficient. The door works great and is very quiet. Highly recommended

He did a full inspection and presented two options, one of which was replacing the motor which is what we went with. He was able to perform a full install in an hour, walked me through the nuances of the new equipment and cleaned up after his work. He made the experience for us, highly appreciative of his service!

Very pleased - installation by Sam and his associate was perfect. On time, professional, communicated well & helped me to reset car connection with door opener. Slight problem with work process: Cleanup ! Styrofoam packing of door left many small foam pieces on garage floor & part of driveway. They should have been vacuumed upon completion of the job but were not.

We have been having issues with our garage door opener. It is more like a hit or miss every time we used our remote. Hence we decided to get John D back. He was very punctual and been explaining to us in detailing about the difference of their products. I couldn't said enough about his professionalism and his attention to detail are top notch! If there is a 6* I would definitely give it to him. We will definitely hire him again in the future. Good job John & happy new year!

Very happy with the entire process with working with Precision. We needed new garage doors and looked on-line for several places to call. Luckily i found Precision, gave them a call and within 4 days someone came to the house. Very professional sales person came - no games, no pressure, provided one fair and reasonable price for what we wanted.
