The technician George was very effective in solving a technical problem with including the car controlled door opener with the electronic opener.The remote was working but not the car controlHe stuck with it and was finally successful.lHe was credit to your field staff.

I would give Precision a 4 star rating. Took away a star for what they charge. $70 just to come out. However their service is great. All their technicians that I’ve met to date (3) are all very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. They are also very accommodating. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won’t have to.

Precision had installed my new garage door opener in 2015. They came back in 2017 for spring repair/ replacement. Jackson was my technician. He was great! He was very courteous and professional. He replaced everything in under 30 minutes. Door is working great and best of all was under warranty. All expenses , even service call fee , were covered.
