Brian came to my house exactly on time(he even called ahead to say he might be a little early)! Once here , he assessed what the problems were involving my garage doors, and provided possible solutions. He was informative and instructional, without any"sales pressure". Precision installed my garage door opener a few years ago and I knew they were reliable. When my garage door wouldn't open I automatically called them I spoke to a live person who scheduled me right away. I asked for a call to let me know when they'd arrive and Eric called with an estimated arrival time. He was quite accurate. He had Dan, a trainee with him. They were pleasant a d were able to make the repair quickly. I was very pleased with the service

We did a rebuild of an old (57 yrs.) garage door. I especially appreciated Luke's explanations of the parts and how they work. He also clearly explained the benefits and what was more worthwhile in choosing how many of the parts to replace. I purchased more than springs, but the system only allowed me to choose one item.

I had the pleasure of meeting George Miranda this afternoon when I called for a routine check of my garage door. We recently bought our house and the garage door was not opening properly. After a complete inspection, George showed me frayed cables, weak pulleys and several other issues that I was unaware of. I decided to have everything replaced for a secure piece of mind. Our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Chris Karnacewicz from Precision came and fixed the door in less than an hour. He was very nice and very knowledgeable -- a true professional. He explained everything in a very patient manner and made recommendations as to what needs to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Precision and Chris for all garage door needs and I would definitely use Precision and Chris again.
