We needed to replace our very old garage doors and started the process of getting estimates. Precision Doors responded to our request within an hour and set up an appointment which was convenient for us. Vince D. came to our home, was very professional and knowledgeable about the service that would be provided and the quality of the doors. We also did eventually get other estimates, but decided on Precision because of the expertise and customer service provided.

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working, so we called Precision Door for help. Their serviceman Vincent DiGerolamo came out to our home on Sunday, August 7. He was punctual, courteous, hardworking, trustworthy, and very professional. Garage door fell down position due to broken spring and other worn parts. Making an appt was easy via phone and technician came on time. He was polite and knowledgeable. From contact to completion the experience with Precision door was well above what other trades do. I was scheduled when i needed with a level of politeness most companies should try. I received a follow-up confirmation with whom my tech would be so I had a level of comfort. Vince called prior to arriving and showed up on time and was the perfect professional. He diagnosed my door, offered several solutions and completed the work in a timely and excellent fashion. Pricing was fair and the work perfect. My door never worked so well. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
