I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

I just received outstanding service. The repair representative called ahead and arrived on time. He was extremely kind and professional - explaining everything without being condescending. He worked quickly and efficiently in 85-degree heat without complaining. (I could not offer him ice water because I had no power, but he assured me he was okay.) He completely fixed the problem and left me his card, should there be future issues. I was very impressed with him and, therefore, your company. Thank you!

The service from Precision Door is beyond all experiences I have ever had with any contractor. From the person answering the phone to the email with the background and picture of the technician coming to the home and the follow up email with the precise time he will be at the home. You don't get this level of professionalism from most companies. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend them!

Tremendous service! Was in dire need of a repair to my garage door, which had slammed close & I could not open back up. You were able to get someone to fix it not too long after I had called. Ferdinand was friendly, polite, showed & explained what caused the issue & what had to be done to fix it. He was awesome! Garage Torino spring snapped. Called next morning. I Was able to have an appointment that same day at noon. At 1030 received a phone call TK, who was very courteous , and asked if it’s ok to come earlier than the scheduled time. He arrived at the promised time. Explained the the fee. My options. Finished the job quickly and was on his way. Also very good about wearing a mask. Tk was a true professional.
