Our home was apparently hit by lightning which blew out our garage door opener motors, as well as the sensors and key pads. Precision was on the job first thing the very next morning. I can’t thank you enough. Our technician Chris was terrific! So informative and very professional. I would highly recommend Precision!

I just had two garage door openers installed. The technician & manager worked with me on the price since I was getting two installed. It was a pleasure to have Rob Zuniga doing the work. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions. Thanks again Rob! The lady who called me to let me know when Rob was getting to my house was also very professional. Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. I wish ALL companies delivered this level of exceptional customer service but unfortunately it is very rare. Thx again Precision for a job well done and then some!!!!

I was impressed with Tammy. She really knows your product and presents well. She sold me on my new garage door and lift. I was pleased with the product and your (2) installers - Sam and Ryan did a beautiful job replacing my old door and opener. They were quick, very polite and did a great and neat job. You have some very good employees but what I saw of the above people.

One of my garage door openers stopped working. Precision Door sent Matthew over the same day. Turned out the original opener could not be repaired. Matthew explained in detail the new door openers available. After my selection Matthew did the installation. He was very fast, neat and polite. He is an expert craftsman and when finished he took away the old opener and left my garage clean.

This is my second service call in 2 years (unrelated events). Precision is prompt and they get the job done perfectly. Plus Brian was great and even gave me a couple of tips about maintaining my door equipment. What more could you ask for?
