Fantastic service! Not only is the website easy to navigate and tells you all you need to know about the company and what they do, the customer service is top tier. The tech expert, Tom Sackmann, who performed the service for me today was professional, genuine, and totally customer centric. After conducting about a 10 minute walk through, he provided me with multiple options to choose from, depending on what I was looking for. There was full transparency, trust, and from start to finish, my garage door was working perfectly within an hour. Great service, highly recommend, and don’t waste your time looking for “competitors”. Best. In. The. Game. Amazing!

I had an older Craftsman opening system. The opener, remotes, keypad and sensors were no longer working so I contacted Precision. The repairman Sean arrived precisely at the scheduled time. He presented options and did not oversell. The new Genie opener included the keypad and remotes. The price for parts and labor was fair. Installation was done in under 2 hours. Everything was programmed, tested and explained and a manual was provided. The job was done professionally.

The technician , John was extremely courteous and very knowledge about about my liftmaster opener. He took the time to explain the problem and my options. We decided to replace the old unit with a new one. John replaced the old unit, programmed our remote controls. He was very neat and left the work are spotless. He al took the time to explain the programming process to us. Excellent service and competitive pricing.

Matt came out today and was very nice, explained everything to me. I was hoping that it would just be a repair job but due to the age of the door. And the way it was made over 60 years ago the rollers were built into the panels there was no way to repair it . Matt took the time to explain and point out where other parts were ready to break also due to the age of the door. Todays visit was an estimate and a door is being ordered. Should be in in a couple of weeks for installation.

Let me 1st say how impressed we were with Ryan's knowledge of the Overhead door business and his technical knowledge. Ryan gave us multiple options for us to consider a fix and well within a budget for what we could afford. We were very happy with Ryan, his professionalism and the overall service received from Precision. As a 93 year old man, I/we would have no problem recommending Precision to our friends and family in the near future. Thanks Precision for sending Ryan to our home.

Very happy with the prompt response and Alan was great. I booked the appointment online late Sunday night and Alan was at my house the next day at noon. We needed a new motor and springs, in a couple of hours he was finished and set up remotes, keypad and garage app. He was friendly and informative. Gedas was terrific, very friendly and easygoing and definitely knew his stuff. He was also very professional. He installed my garage door opener and when finished showed me setting up codes, etc. I would definitely ask for him. This is the second opener they’ve installed, the last in 2019. Totally recommend!

What incredible service from beginning to end, within 72 hours Precision had both our garage doors repaired, replaced springs, cables and pulleys plus adjusted rails. Chris A was absolutely exceptional, so professional, thorough and courteous - what a pleasure. I did not know such incredible service still existed, I just wish Precision did all home maintenance.
