Technician called when beginning his day to give us an estimate of timing and then called when he was on the way to our home. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and set about finding and implementing a solution. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and neat (he would track each and every item that fell to the floor so he could recover it during clean-up). Friendliness is a characteristic very important for technicians and this technician was an excellent representative of friendly behavior for Precision Doors. I hope all of your technicians are as conscientious and efficient as our technician today. Thank you.

Just want to thank your technician Rich so much for calling me when he was on his way. He arrived within the time that he said he would be at my home. He fixed a minor problem with our wiring in less than 5 minutes. Was completely satisfied overall with the service. He was pleasant and explained everything that was wrong with the wiring. We truly appreciate the service provided and would recommend Precision in the future to family or friends. We've been dealing with Precision for many years and have always had great service and installation of all our garage parts including a new door, framework, opener and remotes.

Precision door people are picture perfect from initial call to completion of the job took less than 16 hours. Amazing. I called on Friday 2nd March at 6PM to get a new garage door opener and replace springs for another door. They gave the appointment for Saturday 3rd March 8-12 noon. Doug Zuniga arrived at 9AM and took me through various options that I have in a clear and precise manner. After agreeing for the above services, Doug did an excellent job and showed me what all he did and left the place immaculately clean. Doug knows the job extremely and is well trained and very well mannered. First time a home service that I am extremely satisfied and would recommend highly Precision door. The service guy "Chris" showed up as promised and had the necessary parts to fix the opener, actually two mechanisms needed repair...and, less than an hour had both working again. He also checked out the total operating mechanisms for both openers and made some excellent recommendations going forward to keep them in good working order. Thanks, Bill

Jackson S. was my technician. He was very professional, personable, great attitude and knowledgeable about the business. Vinny D. was great,not 5 STARS but 10 STARS. Great guy. Looked at my problem told me what I could do to get everything working right,he let me make up my mind.He did a great job and did it right. Precision Door Service and technician Charles did a great job. The chain broke on my 30 year old opener. Charles showed up within 90 minutes of my call, and the new motor and track was installed in another 90 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me some options, and recommended I replace the motor & track. He also found that the springs were not properly installed. He installed the new motor, track, and corrected the springs so they now assist in pulling/holding the door up. The new motor works great. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Precision Door service and Charles to anyone.

Had a new Garage door opener and rollers installed today by Chris and Dan (Trainee) and the process could not have gone more smoothly. Called to make the appointment 18 hours prior had no issues scheduling the appointment and I got a call 30 minutes before my service window known when to expect Chris. Chris actually was able to arrive earlier then expected and was able to quickly diagnose the need and present options to me. While installing the new garage door opener they also checked the health of the rest of the system (Rollers, Springs, Hinges). I was very please with the efficiency, professionalism and quality of the work that was done and the ability for the issue to be resolved so quickly. I would highly recommend Chris and PDS to anyone that asked.

Our garage door opener stopped functioning and we called Precision because a neighbor had a good experience with them about a year ago. Tim Rainey was our Precision workman. He came the same day we called the Company or else our cars would still be sealed in the garage, I'm afraid! Tim educated us ( my husband & I ) in a very thorough fashion, to say the least.He presented us with all the options possible in our situation and gave us the facts on why one approach may be better than another or not. He gave us the exact costs of each option and did not rush our pondering on each one . I even called my son in law to weigh in on our decision making. Tim was patient and understanding of all this and never rushed us at all. He was friendly, respectful and accommodating yet very professional. Garage door was making loud noises and I was afraid something would pop and damage vehicle Chris K.,your service tech, was here within an hour or two of my call. Precision deserves our business. These guys really are on a different level. The tech on this call, Glenn G, was just terrific. Fast, excellent service; fixed the problem with our existing door bracket efficiently and courteously. It really has been a pleasure to do business with Precision and with the techs we've met. On this call, Glenn really went above and beyond, and once again we are really glad we used Precision. I don't know what their hiring and/or training entails, but when it comes to personnel, Precision really does seem to have some kind of business formula we could all learn from. Using them really is an education.
