From the time we called for service until the time the truck left our driveway, everything was outstanding. Sean Sotelo was very professional in explaining issues and offering various choices on what action to take. He even changed the light bulbs which was very helpful to a 85 year old gentleman who no longer climbs a ladder. We look forward with working with Precision shall have a need in the future.

Our garage door expert, Xavi, was friendly and knowledgeable. The team worked quickly and explained everything about our new units so we knew exactly how to use everything. We are enjoying the convenience of our new garage door openers; the keypad and app entry, WIFI connection and security cameras are such a great features and Xavi walked us through the easy set up. My overhead Garage door motor blew out and two places that I called were not able to provide service. I called Precision and was able to get a Sunday appointment....we receive a call on Sunday from Christian Gutierrez to let us know he was on is way. Christian was very knowledgeable, gave us a good price, was helpful since I was handicapped and showed us how to use all the features. I would recommend him again.
