I called Precision to repair a snapped cable. I got a text when the tech was on the way which gave me time to move the cars & get ready. When Brian arrived he showed me that the cable snapped because of old pulleys and pointed out a few other parts that were worn and would eventually cause problems. I agreed to a full rebuild (new cables, pulleys, springs, & rollers) and now my old noisy garage door works quieter & smoother than it ever did before. I should have done this a long time ago! Brian was great, and I thought the price was very fair considering the door now works like a brand new one.

The service was excellent! From the time I made my appt, I got a reminder email and text for the day and time window for the appointment. Glen Gualtieri showed up on time. He explained the options to me to repair it. Glen was right it is much less noisy now, he replaced the bad parts that were rusty with new rollers, pulleys and cables. Thank you I can now use my garage door!

I love this company. I love their excellent communication -- from the first call I put in for an appointment to the text they send beforehand with information about my technician, and then the call I received with the exact time of arrival. I had something break that was under warranty and Luke took care of it right away. He knew what he was doing. Luke was so friendly and professional and I felt safe having him come to my home. I would give your service 5 stars. When I called, the operator was very polite and helpful. The service technician called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He came on time. He explained what needed to be repaired and the cost. He was very courteous and ask if I had any questions when the job was finished. I would highly recommend to others.

John was great! He came ahead of time and fixed everything. I was not aware that you have hours on Sunday. Next time I would appreciate it if the receptionist informed the customer that you have hours on Sunday with no extra charge. I did ask for a Saturday appointment but none were available. Thank you!
