Luke determined the problem and immediately explained how he could resolve it. I had confidence in him. He worked efficiently and when I tested the garage door,it opened properly. Time will tell,if this was the correct solution. I give a 5 star rating.

I had the service on 9/6/18. I received several contacts both email and texts reminding of the appointment. The repairman also called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival, he listened to my concern and was very polite. The work was completed in about 40 minutes and the price was fair for the level of service that was received. I am very pleased and will use them again.
