The call to Precision Garage for service was handled by a professional staff member. The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.

My 24 year old garage door opener was not functioning properly during the freezing cold winter months. I wanted to prevent this from happening next winter, so I called Precision. John D. was the technician who came and installed the new Liftmaster unit. I had so many questions for John. He was very pleasant, patient, and professional. I've already recommended Precision to one of my neighbors.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting our service tech, Luke S., who was courteous from the moment he called to let us know he was en route until he left. (I'll also note that our garage floor was probably cleaner after he left than when he arrived!) He clearly explained, and demonstrated what had happened to our cables and also provided additional detail regarding our spring (that had snapped) and the rollers on the door. Luke even got our door to close flat against the ground - something that hadn't been the case since we moved in. We purchased a package and are very happy to know we will now have a 10-year warranty. We hope we don't have to call again too soon but have confidence in knowing that our problem would be addressed in a timely, professional and friendly manner again. Thanks for a great job, Luke!

I have used Precision before and always satisfied; natural to use the company again. My garage door more often than not , would continue to rise when I attempted to close it. I called Precision to address the problem and was pleased when Glen, their technician called to say he was on his way to my home. An affable , confident gentleman explained my options in a very concerned manner. Glen explained the intricacies of each option effectively and suggested I think carefully about my choice.It became apparent which option would be the most cost effective for me. Glen then efficiently installed my new garage door opener, much to my satisfaction. Such a treat to have a respectable, polite gentleman to service my needs. Thank you !

EXCELLENT! Definitely a 5. Service was prompt, with follow up. Amiable! Kudos, especially to LOU, technician. It is difficult to explain the problems encountered but Precision stayed with us from one day, and early into the next day with a solution. Problems solved with aplomb and at a very reasonable cost. It is surprising to have a large company take such personal interest in a customer in this day and age. Thank you.

I called Precision because I needed a new keypad for my garage door. They were able to come the same day between 2 & 6 PM. Luke showed up, he actually called and came a little early. He was very pleasant and professional. He changed the pad and got me out with plenty of time to run errands. Thanks Luke, great customer service. 5 Stars ??!

One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.

Jack was here today at my home and his courteous and helpful nature would make me return again. He made me feel extremely confident in what he was doing to correct my broken spring on my garage door and took the time to explain and show me everything that was fixed. Our tech Chris, was the nicest man. He called to see if he could arrive early because he had finished a job in the area. That worked great for me!! Chris inspected both the garage doors, one was a quick fix and the second he put in new parts in no time. He was really fast!! I just wish the weather wasn't so hot and humid.
