This could happen because a color doesn't match exactly or the measurement wasn't dead-on. In either case, we are left with a door that can no longer be sold as new.

These doors are in good condition, and they are structurally sound. If you purchase one you are going to save a lot of money but are going to have a far fewer doors from which to select as compared to buying new.
