Kevin was our service Tech. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . He called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Once there, he assessed the needed repair and went to work. He had all necessary parts on his truck and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes. Precision Garage Door is truly a professional organization and I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I am pleased to provide feedback on the services performed by Kevin Nix yesterday. Mr. Nix called about fifteen minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the time expected. He quickly located the source of the malfunction and made the repair. I was so impressed and the time he took was so short, I had him add a convenience switch. He had to return to the company to pick up the parts, but returned and finished the job within an hour. He restored all items in the garage that he had to move to make the repair. He is an asset to your company.

I received your name from Angie's List advertising. I read some of the reviews and felt confident about calling you. I needed general maintenance on the door and rollers, stripping etc. The technician was prompt and polite. Drew was very helpful to let me know what I needed and did not need now. New door looks great! Installation was very smooth and clean. One things is that the noise is louder than the old door when the door is opening and closing. I would like someone to recheck the door regarding the noise.
