I called Precision and within two days the technician showed up at the time promised. Needless to say, Brian H. knew his stuff, he gave me many choices regarding repair or replacement, no up selling, no sales tactics whatsoever. I will use Precision to replace my old and failing doors this summer after receiving a very reasonable estimate which was in writing. I will recommend them hands down, a company I could count on and a tech that represents the company well. Thanks Brian H. and thanks Precision.

The service people came on time, evaluated the situation, explained my options, then completed the work efficiently and professionally. They did not try to sell me more than I needed. They came with everything they neede to get the job done. The only question is how reasonable the price was. I decided to accept their proposal immediately because I neede the door fixed right away and did not have time to get other quotes.

Service was terrific. Technician Kevin Bond, showed up exactly on time, even called when he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the trolley on the opener rail. Door works perfectly now and after a bit of lubrication noise was considerably less. Great job
