Totally recommend Precision! The first phone contact had me hang up and preparing to call another company. Their price quote was way higher that two others that had quoted me. However, Doug, one of the owners, somehow heard my complaint about the $ and called back. Left a voicemail msg inviting me to contact him directly and to see if he could help me. Well I did and we talked, worked out the best product for me, priced it fairly, and when it came time to the service: Rob(?- I waited too long to write this but I think his name was Rob) was prompt, clean, knowledgable, courteous and even upgraded the product after checking in with his boss. I am 100% happy with this company and would not waste time calling around. I did before these guys and the others were sketchy and well, as you can see, I went with Precision.

Chris, service tech, was very friendly both on the phone and when he arrived. Chris examined the problem, gave me options and did the work with ease. Kevin S. arrived to assess and repair my ( very heavy ) garage door. He kept me well-informed of his eta prior to arriving within the window of time for which the job had been schedule. He clearly explained his assessment of the problem and the options available to me in detail, and gave a quotation for the work prior to beginning the repair. After two service visits - first visit: no problem uncovered, but two cables were replaced. Second visit after same problem returned - it was determined that the "eye" was blinking - should have been constant. Eye was straightened and cleaned off - and hopefully the problem of the door not closing all the way was resolved. I hope!

Tim arrived exactly on time and fixed the problem with my garage door quickly. He installed a backup battery for my opener (which was installed by Precision Door 4 years ago and is in great shape). I would recommend Precision Door without hesitation.
