Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. Jackson, the technician who came to perform the repair, was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Not only did Jackson take the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to correct it, he stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed perfectly. From the initial phone call that I made to schedule the appointment to the actual work being done, everyone at Precision was courteous and friendly. We are very pleased with the service that was provided to us.

Our garage door spring and cable suddenly broke. I contacted Precision as my dad had a good experience with a door repair they did and recommended them. I got an appointment quickly (over a holiday weekend). Our technician, George M., was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and informative in explaining our options. I would use them again if the need arises and recommend them to others.

It was such a pleasure to do business with Precision! They are very fortunate to have such a kind and knowledgeable technician as Rob Zuniga. He reviewed over all the materials and did his best to give quality advice regarding my garage set-up, and needs as far as purchasing new garage door operating systems in addition to new safety equipment such as new springs, safety cables, etc. Currently, it is bitter cold in northern New Jersey, and Rob worked tirelessly through the bitter temps with no issues at all. Again, Precision is served best having the best of quality employees assisting them each day. They are truly golden having Rob on their side! Thanks again!!

We have been a long time customer of Precision and have been very happy with the service. The latest example is Tim who replaced our sensor/pad and the door is operational again. We also called Tim back on the same day to update/upgrade both our garage doors. We are looking forward to our new doors. The reason we've stayed with Precision is the quality of the work and customer service.

Luke was very friendly and knowledgable. My garage door was very rattly and would sometimes get stuck but after Luke was done, it was smooth as new! Granted I also needed a new garage door opener and a center rail and those items were installed! All in all I was very impress with the level of service that was provided.

Our door decided to break 3 days before Christmas. Loved the fact that they called me back and was able to schedule Glen to look at the door the same day! Thank you Precision! We had 6 garage doors installed recently and, from the estimate to installation, everything was seamless! The six carriage house doors are stunning and they brighten our day every time we drive up to the house! The technician that came to my house to give me an estimate for repairs of my garage door or a new garage door was Tim Rainey. He was very friendly and explained in detail what my options were and answered all my questions. After I spoke to Tim I felt confident purchasing the door from Precision and am now waiting for the installation which he told me will be done in about three weeks. While he was at my home he was able to open the door that had broken so I now have access to the garage until it is replaced. I was happy to have dealt with Tim and happy I that chose Precision.
