Very pleased once again with the service. They sent me the name and picture of the person who would be servicing my garage door. Glenn called letting me know he would be arriving shortly and sure enough, he was right on time. He assessed the problem and got right to work. Told me it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete and he was right on the mark. Temperature was in the low 20’s and he did not let that affect his work . Would highly recommend Precision Door.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was wonderful. Jackson, the technician who came to perform the repair, was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Not only did Jackson take the time to explain the problem and what he was doing to correct it, he stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed perfectly. From the initial phone call that I made to schedule the appointment to the actual work being done, everyone at Precision was courteous and friendly.
