We recently purchased our new home..and having done research on other co..installing a garage door precision is the best not only their product..but from the gentleman who writes up order to the service installer..they are very knowledgeable ,kind,friendly and answer every???? .. when you need to call back they do not give you a run around like others ... The phone calls go very smooth and direct .. would recommend this company 100%

Brian was very thorough and explained all of my options and explained his recommendations in terms of repairs to get the door working again. When he was finished, we tested the door and he showed me all of the new parts. He patiently answered all of my questions as well. I don't think it was the cheapest price for the repairs but you get what you pay for I guess. I will use Precision again. Thank you.

Glenn G was terrific. He called me to let me know what time he would arrive. He was very Courteous and he was very thorough in his inspection and his explanation of the problems as well as the solutions. He basically had to replace all the working parts of our door. He had the job done in no time!

A technician from Precision came to my home, within hours of the call for appointment, to repair the garage door opener. From the moment he arrived, George M. was as professional as could be. He looked over all components of the garage door and explained everything that he was doing as he went step-by-step. He discovered some safety issues left by the prior homeowner and missed by the home inspector. It turned out that we ultimately needed a new garage door opener (the existing one was 17 years old), which George installed along with making the necessary safety repairs. Then, he walked me through every repair that he made and explained the reason behind it, as well as how to maintain the repairs. If only more companies did business this way and hired people like George M. ...

I found precision by searching google for a reputable company to replace my two motors on the new house we just purchased. They were wonderful the first time around but since then I had 2 incidents that had nothing to do with the work they performed and both times my technician George rushed over to help me. These doors were new but there are many moving parts in garage doors I did not know about. He advised me he recommended and never made me feel like he was trying to "upsell" me anything. I felt like George was a good friend rather than a stranger. Now everything is fixed and George has completely blown away my expectations. I would definitely recommend precision and especially him to anyone in need of replacement or repair. Thanks for everything!

WOW - I was blown away by the professionalism and technical expertise of George, the technician who serviced our door. He called about 30 minutes prior to arriving simply to give us the courtesy of knowing when he was arriving (he could not have fixed the door at all and I still would have been impressed with just that aspect of the service). When he arrived at our home he was polite, respectful and carried himself in a self-assured confident manner. He quickly diagnosed the multitude of issues we were experiencing and took the time to give us multiple options to remedy the problem. At NO time did I feel like we were being "sold" or pushed into something we did not need. His recommendations were appropriate, made sense and were all offered with our safety in mind. His work was commensurate with his attitude and professionalism. He did a beautiful job, left the garage neat and clean and most importantly left us feeling like we made the right decision choosing Precision Garage Door. George is truly an asset to your organization. If he is not a lead tech already - he should be. He should also have a leadership role in the organization relative to customer service training. The springs, cables and rollers on my garage door were old and damaged. The technician (Luke) showed up when he said he would, performed the work in the time he said it would take and was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
