A snapped cable initiated my call to Precision. A same day appointment was scheduled within a two hour time frame. Your technician, George, called to advise he was minutes away. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation and recommended the appropriate service to enhance and extend the operation of my garage door. George was courteous, personable and a true professional as he explained every aspect of the work being performed. It will be my pleasure to recommend Precision and George to family and friends. I called Precision Monday to make a Wednesday afternoon appointment. Chris came after an earlier call letting us know his approximate time of arrival. We have a broken spring. He inspected the doors. I told him that we plan to stay in the home and he recommended rebuilding the doors by replacing all the springs, rollers, pulleys and cables on the 2 old wooden doors. He got my approval prior to starting the job. In an hour the work was completed. I was very pleased with his advice and quality of work. Chris did an outstanding job. He is very competent and easy to deal with and I highly recommend Chris and Precision for any garage door-related jobs.

Repair man (Mike B. Dupre) was friendly and knowledgeable, made an appointment for anywhere from 10-2, they promptly showed up at 10:30, early than I expected. He did a good job of fixing our garage issue (broken spring, and rollers) albeit a little expensive it was well worth it as the service was paramount.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. The installation was completed very neatly and professionally. In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions. In our opinion George is an asset to your company through his professional conduct. Please pass along our compliment to him again. In addition I believe that your price was competitive and very fair. It would be great if you could feel this way about all home repairs.

Tim was friendly and courteous and instantly tried to temporarily repair my rusted, bent rails enough for us to open and close the garage door one more time to remove the trash/recycle cans. Unable to, he very clearly explained the different options available. Soon we will have a new door that will look exactly like our old door, except this one will work!

I requested a service call only to diagnose an issue we were having with a "noisy" garage door without any actual malfunction. Your service tech, Robert Zuniga, was excellent. We met with Glenn who was very knowledgeable, friendly and clear about all the products you offer. He came within 2 hours of our initial phone call (a miracle right there!) We did order a door which will come in 3-5 weeks so I cannot comment on the installation part of the job but I would absolutely recommend the company and Glenn to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their garage door. When the job is done, I will post again about that part of the process.

Our technician, Tim, was not only good at his job repairing our broken garage door but was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Explaining all he was doing and answering our questions.
