Precision first caught my eye because they were 24/7. I would give my experience 5 stars to start with because Brian, my technician called me twice to let me know when he would be at my house in case I needed time in out. Then 5 more stars for standing in the pouring rain while fixing my garage door. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of a new or repair to a garage door! Thank you.

Please dont push people to buy services that they don't need, I can certainly feel for the technician since its probably his job to bring bag of $$$$ back to you and he try his best to oversell, not a good business practice in my book.

Brian was here to fine tune the garage doors. new openers were put in recently, but the doors were not functioning smoothly. He did a nice update on everything. Doors open smoothly, and much more quietly.Very pleased. Called Bob, manager, already to let him know.

George was great, helpful and fast ! He had the courtesy to call us in advance so we didn't have to wait 4 hours. The service was impeccable, done on Sunday afternoon in a short notice. My tech, Mike, called to tell me he would be arriving in about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, Mike surveyed my garage door opener and suggested the way to go. I told him that I wanted a quiet sounding door opener from what I had. At first I was a little hesitant on changing the metal rollers, but when Mike showed me the problem with them and suggested the other rollers I changed my mind. Thank God he did because when he was done and he showed me the final results I was very pleased. Thank you Mike!!!

Brian was great He 1st called to let me know his earlier job was running late -- which I appreciated since I have a busy day with other appointments. So that was very considerate. Even though he didn't have the bar for the spring, he was able to still put on the cables. He was professional and polite and was able to finish the job quickly. From what I saw today, I'd recommend him again.

Precision Door Service is truly an outstanding company with excellent technicians. I had a garage door opener that lasted only 4-years and then I ordered a Liftmaster Door Opener and had it installed professionally and it works really GREAT. I would recommend the people at Precision Door highly!
