I needed a new motor for my garage door as well as new rollers. Chris, the tech, came within the given time range and called when he was 30 minutes from the house so I knew when to expect him. Tim repaired the door opener by reconnecting and tightening the chain that was loose. He did this in a very efficient manner explaining each step in the process. The door opener is now working properly.

The installer Glen was really pleasant to deal with he checked the existng cables etc and explained what needed to be done. He did a great job fixing the door fixtures and cables and installing the new garage door opener.
