Precision Doors are everything that they say they are....Precision. Marc the installer came and installed 2 garage doors with silent motors. He was respectful and just a pleasant man. I would give them all 10 stars if I could. I'm so happy that we chose this company for our doors.

Luke arrived on time checked the door operation and knew immediately that the door safety sensors were defective.Replaced the sensors with new sensors under warranty.Checked the door operation to ensure that everything was working correctly and explained in detail what he did to correct the problem.Luke is a knowledgeableTechnician that knows his stuff A Rare trait these days in the industry !! This was my first experience with "Precision" and it could not have gone any better than it did. The appointment setup was fast and easy. The technician David showed when he was supposed to and the installation process went smoothly. David walked me through everything, answered any and all questions that I had. The salesman was very professional. The installation was sloppy and reckless. Bent nails were left in the trim and the water line was punctured leading to the outside water spigot. The garage door was not level with an opening not touching the garage floor. Installer had an attitude and shrugged when I mentioned the door not hitting floor. Today, 7/8/23 - the water line broke when I went to water my plants breaking 2 panels on the door. Tomorrow someone is coming out. This has been very frustrating, disappointing and time consuming on my part.

We scheduled an appointment this morning and got one for the afternoon. We got confirmation by text and email. Alan, the repair man, called 30 minutes before arriving (at the beginning of the appointment window) and we hot another confirmation. Alan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. In addition he let us know about issues that were going to occur in the near future so that we could choose to repair them now or later. He was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

Precision. My brother-in-law is paralyzed I told them his garage door wasn't working he has to get in and out to the doctors and they were so helpful and came out within a couple hours. Matt was so helpful and very professional .
