Unit purchased from Precision Door many years ago. Unit has worked well but a spring broke, so we replaced both today. Costs to fix items expensive but what can you do. Service call next day, we are up and running.

Lou Rowek installed a new garage door system at our home. Everything that Lou accomplished was done with "precision". He was thorough with his explanations and completed the job with efficiency and care. A bonus was his prompting us to download an app that allows us to keep track of the activity of the garage door. He was patient with providing the guidance for this and quite pleasant throughout the time he spent with us. Lou is to be commended for his excellence as a most competent technician and a "great guy".

Completely satisfied with the work and the gentleman that did it. First of all my garage door broke on a Sunday and I called and they had someone here in 40 minutes. So pleased with the work and he explained all the options I had to fix it. Thank you and I'd recommend them to everyone.
