Called Precision as they were recommended by a neighbor. After my call, their response and follow-up was completely expeditious. Technician Jonathan quickly identified the door's closing problem and did great job replacing my old motor unit with a new one. He was also extremely helpful with setting our cars' openers with new codes, etc. I have to say that Precision exceeded my expectations for fixing my garage door problem.

I called this service after just randomly calling the one of the searches that came up in Google. I just didn’t have time to let research who was best to call and figured they’d all be the same. I’m taking the time to write this review because I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the first phone call to post service how I was treated. I can’t even list the ways that this company goes above and beyond in customer service. The absolute best was the text I got when my service guy was 1/2 hour away and it gave me his picture and some facts about him so I’d be comfortable when he arrived. He was also the nicest guy in the world. Oh and he fixed my door without trying to sell me anything more then needed. Everything about this service was beyond my expectations even the price.

Ryan was professional, explaining everything he was doing in an easy to understand manner. He did not try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. Took into consideration my home owners association is replacing all garFe doors in the spring 2020. Also taught me about maintenance I should be doing. Service with a smile and very efficient.

Intermittent garage door closing problem. Kevin was here on time at the earliest part of the 10-2 window. He presented the options clearly and professionally and completed the job very quickly. Tried all the parts to make sure they were working, including remotes before he completed the transaction. Would recommend this company highly.

The technician listened carefully as I explained the problem. He advised me of the remedy and explained the cost. Also explained that for a little additional $$$ he could check while system since he was already here for service call and thus I wouldn’t incur another service call to have entire system checked. I said yes to check whole system, which he did, and remedied situations before they became problems. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant. Very skilled. Great customer experience. I will always use Precision and will recommend Precision to others.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in terms of service. Fantastic communication from start to finish. I thought the work was excellent quality, and that the pricing was fair. This is my second time using Precision and will continue to do so in the future when required. They’re awesome in terms of keeping you informed as to the technician arrival time, and nobody tries to sell me anything I didn’t need. Awesome all around.

Louis repaired the broken torsion spring and did a fantastic job. Price was quoted before any work was performed and he applied the half off service fee coupon which was better than the senior citizen discount coupon. We were informed multiple times by the office and the technician on when Louis was going to be at the house prior to him arriving. It was the first time using this company and I would recommend them to anyone we know. Great experience.

Highly recommended by Angie’s List. Read a bunch of reviews and was confident in my decision. Communication was excellent. Appreciated the text with info on service person and approximate time of arrival, and subsequent follow-up texts. Lisa and Jennifer in the office were excellent and personable. Kevin was efficient in assessing the issue and recommendation. I appreciated his explanation of what was needed and what was included in the replacement. He was able to complete the job the same day and in less than an hour. He also took the time to assess the viability of a second garage door opener. I will more than likely have that replacement done after the holidays by your company. Thanks for the great service.

It started with the phone call to give me an idea of when he would arrive.....and then an update. Then the picture and name of who would be coming was texted. Then the inspection and estimate. Then the fact that work would be begin immediately, not another day! The technician Kevin was very professional and gave me options. I chose to have all the mechanical parts replaced on all 3 doors. He did a very nice job and went over everything with me and then cleaned up within 2 hours as he had promised! It was way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Precision!

Matthew was a very promo, friendly and knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the problem and installed the new opener and spent time explaining how everything worked. He did a nice job of cleaning everything up before he left. The opener is so much quieter and smooth operating.
